Questions
Why do you need my birth date and place?
It's what lets us write a horoscope that starts from you, not from a generic sign. We only use it for that.
I don't know my birth time.
You can still sign up. Your horoscope will be a little less detailed, that's all.
Do I need to download an app?
No. You get a text with a link, and you listen right in your browser.
When does it arrive?
Every morning at 8 a.m., your time, by text.
What happens after the 3 free mornings?
We'll text you to ask if you want to keep going, for $9.99 a month or $99.90 a year. If you don't, nothing is charged and the texts stop.
How do I cancel?
In a few clicks, from the link we text you. You keep getting your horoscope until the end of the period you've paid for. To stop all texts, reply STOP at any time.
What do you do with my information?
We only use it to write and send your horoscopes. We never sell it or use it for ads. You can ask us to delete it anytime.
Is it available outside the US?
Not yet. We're starting in the US, and other countries will follow.
Is astrology for real?
We use it as a starting point to reflect on your day, not as a science that predicts the future.
